The 9246E medium Slim Line tapered/relieved semi-flush cutter with a cutting capacity of 0.010" - 0.040" soft wire is made of carbon tool steel with induction hardened cutting blades to RHC 63-65. The tapered and relieved cutting head allows for better access in tight places. The CNC machining Lazerlok™ allows the joint surfaces to be perfect to allow for long life. The grips are soft cushioned foam and are ESD-safe (1010 ohms/sq). The dual leaf springs provide smooth action.
