FOUP Wafer Transport Cart with 2 Nests for 300mm Wafers, 23" x 48" x 49"
The ergonomic 300mm FOUP transport cart includes tilted nests and an anti-vibration system in the casters to protect wafers during transport around the fab. Flat packed shipping design greatly reduces shipping and storage costs.
The 2 nest FOUP cart can be in 2 nests in horizontal alignment (2-PFC) or 2 nests in vertical alignment (2-PFC-V).
Fabrication material: Type 304 stainless steel with electropolished finish.
