Use for full surface installation of carpet over glue-down carpet, or solid vinyl sheet or tile over asbestos, VCT, new or old absorbent or sealed concrete, metal, or old terrazzo or ceramic tile. StatPro Original Flooring Adhesive is non-conductive.
